1. About The Artistic Bee

The Artistic Bee is a handmade nail set business offering custom press-on nail sets and related accessories. All products are handcrafted and made to order. As such, each purchase is final unless it meets the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

2. The Artistic Bee's Responsibilities

We are committed to delivering a quality product and a fair customer experience. The Artistic Bee is responsible for:

  • Crafting each nail set with care and quality control before shipment
  • Packaging every order using our multi-layer protective packaging system, including a tamper-evident seal
  • Providing accurate tracking information for every order
  • Fulfilling orders as described and confirmed at the time of purchase
  • Responding to legitimate claims in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe
  • Issuing replacements or resolutions in accordance with our Refund Policy when a valid claim is verified

3. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with The Artistic Bee, you as the customer agree to and accept responsibility for the following:

  • Reviewing your order before submission to ensure accuracy in size, style, and shipping address
  • Inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date
  • Providing honest and accurate information when submitting a claim, including unaltered photographs
  • Performing a patch test before applying any adhesive nail product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known adhesive allergies
  • Following proper application and removal instructions — damage resulting from improper use is not covered
  • Not applying nails if you intend to submit a damage or defect claim — applied nails are considered used and are ineligible for replacement or refund
  • Preserving all original packaging until your order has been inspected and you are satisfied with its contents

4. Tamper-Evident Seal Policy

Every order from The Artistic Bee is sealed with a tamper-evident tape seal applied across the plastic case before shipment. This seal serves as verification that the product has not been accessed since leaving our facility.

  • The seal must be intact and uncut for any damage, defect, or missing item claim to be considered
  • Customers are required to photograph the seal as part of the claims process
  • A cut, removed, or absent seal indicates the product has been opened and voids eligibility for damage-related claims
  • The Artistic Bee reserves the right to deny any claim where seal integrity cannot be verified

5. Claims Process Requirements

All claims must meet the following standards to be reviewed:

  • Submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (or after the 12-day grace period for lost packages)
  • Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  • Include all required photographs as specified in our Refund Policy for the relevant claim type
  • Be submitted in good faith with honest, unaltered documentation

The Artistic Bee reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements or that show evidence of misuse, tampering, or fraudulent intent. Repeated claims from the same customer may be subject to additional review.

6. Discount Terms and Conditions

Discount offers issued as part of a claim resolution (25% off for missing glue kit, 35% off for manufacturer's defect) are subject to the following conditions:

  • Discounts are issued as a one-time courtesy per qualifying claim
  • Discounts apply to a single future purchase and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated
  • Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively
  • Discounts are non-transferable and are issued to the original purchasing customer only
  • Accepting a free replacement as part of a claim voids any refund option for that order

7. Limitation of Liability

The Artistic Bee's liability in any claim is limited to the value of the original order. We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from carrier delays, errors, or mishandling beyond our control
  • Reactions resulting from failure to perform a patch test or follow product usage guidelines
  • Damage resulting from improper application, wear, or removal of nail products

8. Fraudulent Claims

The Artistic Bee takes fraudulent claims seriously. Submitting false information, altered photographs, or dishonest claims in order to obtain a free replacement or refund may result in:

  • Permanent ban from purchasing through The Artistic Bee
  • Cancellation of any pending orders
  • Reporting to the relevant platform or payment processor where applicable

We extend good faith to every customer and ask the same in return.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Artistic Bee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
