We ship all orders via USPS from Houston, TX. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly listed on your invoice before payment is collected. 🐝

🕒 Processing Time
Because every set is made by hand just for you, please allow time for production before your order ships:
- Standard Sets: 5–7 business days
- Bridal / Special Creation Sets: 7–10 business days
- Rush orders: Contact us to discuss availability before ordering
Production begins only after your invoice is paid in full. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Rates are estimated based on standard USPS flat-rate pricing from Houston, TX. Your final shipping cost may vary slightly based on package weight and delivery address and will be confirmed on your invoice before payment.

📍 Order Tracking
All USPS shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update in the USPS system.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss availability and rates.
⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, once a package is accepted by USPS, The Artistic Bee is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS where applicable.
